Scheduled Visits
Our engineers will visit on a regular basis to keep your systems up and running. These visits are full-day on-site maintenance days that are split into three key parts: Problems solved before you know they are there, and network development time, all included - no extra fees
1. Server & Network Checks
Designed to identify potential future problems and resolve them before they become an issue for the client.
2. User Issues
Dealing with any issue that's arisen since the last visit which requires (or benefits from) face-to-face contact. Implementing remote access facilities for mobile or field-based staff.
3. Network Development
Time dedicated to adding to, or improving, their network. These are just some of the things this time can be used for:
- adding new computers
- installing new software
- upgrading backup devices
- identifying useful technologies for the client
Network development time means that small project implementation is INCLUDED in the price of your support. There is no need to book, and pay for, additional time.
